Operations for ACN in the United States and North America are headquartered in Concord, North Carolina. ACN Canada began operating in 1997 and has offices located in Montreal. By the end of the 1990s, ACN continued its international expansion with country launches in Europe and Asia Pacific. ACN Europe operations are headquartered in Amsterdam.

The company continues to offer services for customers, including ACN Digital Phone Service with Video Phone, along with wireless service, internet and fixed line telephone services, energy (gas & electricity) satellite TV, computer tech support and home security services.
